W/Pte Ann Hamilton. Aged 19

(W.R.A.C). While off duty and enjoying the company of her friends in the Horse and Groom Public House in Guildford. A bomb had been planted at the pub by the IRA. When it detonated it killed this young lady and her friend W/Pte Caroline Slater. aged 18 and Guardsmen William Forsyth. aged 18, Guardsman John Hunter. aged 17 both Scots Guardsmen and a young Civilian Mr Paul Craig. aged 22. On the 05-10-1974. No warning was given.

It killed this young Lady and her friend W/Pte Ann Hamilton,  Guardsmen William Forsyth, Guardsman John Hunter and a civilian Mr Paul Craig. On the 05-10-1974. No warning was given.


L/Cpl Roberta Thain. Aged 19. (W.R.A.C). Shot dead in a tragic accidental shooting while on duty as a pedestrian searcher at Ships Quay in Londonderry on the 25th March 1975. L/Cpl Thain was given a full military funeral in Arbroath Area, Scotland
